Honest Vinyl Scanner has no accounts. Your collection and scan history live on your phone, not on our servers — so you can delete everything yourself, instantly, without asking us.
In the app: Settings → Clear local data.
1. Open Honest Vinyl Scanner. 2. Tap Settings. 3. Tap Clear local data and confirm.
This immediately and permanently removes your saved collection, your scan history, and the photos attached to them. It cannot be undone. Because we keep no server-side copy of any of it, this is a complete deletion — there is no account to close and nothing left for us to delete on your behalf.
Uninstalling the app also removes this data. If Android Backup is enabled on your device, Android may hold a copy in your own Google account backup, which we have no access to — clear that from your device's Google One backup settings.

We never collect your name, email, address, phone number, or location, and there is no advertising or analytics SDK in the app. The anonymous device id is generated on your phone and is stripped by our server before any request is forwarded, so Discogs, OpenRouter and Google never receive it.
Email contact@honestvinylscanner.app and we will handle it. Since we hold no account and no copy of your collection, this only applies to a support message or bug report you sent us.
If you are in the EU/EEA you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in the Czech Republic, the Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.gov.cz).
